We have chosen to hire and employ very experienced Customer Service Reps, Inside Sales Reps, Field Sales Reps, QA technicians, Program Managers and Engineers to invest in your success and in our success. The choice is simple when weighing the amount of data and technical information needed to get the job done right the first time. Our individual tenure in the PCB industry ranges from 8 years to 30+ years in these disciplines. Our customers, independent sales reps and manufacturing partners understand immediately that they are discussing advanced principles and learning from our staff every day. Our customer’s jobs are put through a multi-phase QA process starting with our front-end engineering. It is followed up by our manufacturing partner’s in house electrical test, visual inspection and QA program before shipping to P3TI. Once we receive in your job we count and spot check the order to its files before shipping out same day. In certain circumstances, we will visually inspect all boards in an order before shipping. Our partner shops are all UL certified and each carry individual ISO certifications such as ISO9001:2008, ISO9002, ISO14001:2004, ISO 13485, QS9000, AS9000, AS9100, ISO/TS16949, TL9000, IPC6012 CLASS II AND CLASS III.
